It even lets you simplify the page, which comes in handy more often than not. The chrome web clipper is an absolutely essential tool for me, since I don't usually want to bookmark the page but also make my own changes to it. Love the ability to customize your home page.Īnother area Evernote really shines in is extensions. I used to start a bunch of frivolous notes and clean them by the hundreds every few months, the scratch pad, while a simple addition, removed the need for that. The Home tab is skillfully laid out with your most recent notes easily accessible, along with a scratch pad that can conveniently be converted to a note if needed, or lost to the ether if not. A good, pleasing UI goes much farther than people realize in making consumers keep coming back to the product. There are of course a ton of features but they would mean nothing if they were a pain to use. Pros: There are many positive things to say about the product, but the one area it absolutely blows the competition out of the water is aesthetics and intuitiveness. And the new features that they've added, like the different types of notes, is really helpful once you start integrating that into your workflow. They recently just came up with some changes in the interface, which make it look really nice. Also, they seem to be the leader in the space, and they're always innovating. So, it's not going to slow down your process at all. Yeah, the thing about Evernote Business, if you're thinking of switching to Evernote Business, is the most important thing is that it just works cross-platform. Yeah, I think the most important thing to realize when you're looking at Evernote Business is they're the leader in this space of collaborative work and cross-platform. When I first started using it, I actually found it significantly easier to get started than what I was using before previously, which was Microsoft OneNote. They have a really nice onboarding process, and it just seemed to be very intuitive to use. Getting started with Evernote Business was really easy. So, when I chose Evernote Business, it tied all that together for me, and it really streamlined the whole process of taking notes and being able to work collaboratively on different projects with some of my clients. And so, I needed something that would allow me to switch seamlessly between one device and another device because you never know when inspiration strikes and you want to take down a note, and you don't want to deal with the admin of copying and pasting that at a later time.

I chose Evernote because it seemed like it was a solid choice. And the whole experience was smoother, which I think is really important because if you're working from home all day, you really want things to go smooth, especially when you're using it to take notes and to create outlines. So, what I liked about Evernote Business was it just seemed to work a lot better. Before Evernote Business, I was using OneNote, and to be honest, I really find all the Microsoft products really a little clunky. I'm working in the digital marketing space, and I give Evernote a five out of five.
